You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and complete identity verification before trading, deploying bots, copy trading, or applying for capital loans. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Trading Risk Acknowledgment
Trading spot, margin, and futures markets, deploying automated bots, and copy trading carry substantial risk of loss. Past performance shown on this platform, including bot win rates and trader ROI, is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any product is suitable for you.
Fees, Leverage & Loans
Maker/taker fees, leverage limits, loan APRs, and LTV ratios are disclosed within the relevant sections of the platform and may change with notice. Leveraged positions and collateralized loans can be liquidated if margin or LTV thresholds are breached.
Bots & Copy Trading Conduct
Deploying a trading bot or copying a signal provider does not transfer ownership of your funds to a third party; you retain control and may pause or stop either at any time. leveloch does not guarantee the performance of any bot strategy or signal provider listed on the platform.
Account Suspension & Termination
leveloch may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, applicable law, or suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to market manipulation, unauthorized account sharing, or providing false verification documents.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of leveloch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted within the platform.
